Recoup is seeking to recruit an experienced and creative individual to assist in clinical activities. This position reports directly to Recoup’s Clinical Head of Department, with responsibility for leading the development and execution of a transformational Clinical Agenda focused on providing the diagnosis and psychological treatment of mental, behavioral, and emotional illnesses. To achieve this vision, Recoup emphasizes involving patients and other key stakeholders in all aspects of the clinical process.

Job Specifications


The Head of Training - Rehabilitation is an essential role within the Recoup Training team. We dream big and build our training programs to match and develop a digital framework to expedite patient-centric results.


You will be responsible for developing, facilitating, and supervising training programs for employees. You assess the needs of a business, implement training and development plans, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs that enhance the workforce's effectiveness. Your role further includes:

  • You will help us develop our employees’ skills to improve work quality, productivity, and retention.

  • Identifying training needs based on skills gap analyses, developing group and individual learning courses, and managing the training budget.

  • Regular reviewing of performances and analyzing skill gaps to identify training needs per department, team, and individual.

  • Planning training programs based on business goals and crafting career plans.

  • You should be innovative, strong decision-makers, and outstanding facilitators of learning and change.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.

  • Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.

  • Implement coaching sessions and mentorship programs to establish a culture of continuous learning.

  • Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.

  • Assess employees’ skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement.

  • Drive Recoup Health's brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.

  • Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization's goals.

  • Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.

  • Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices in Rehabilitation.

  • Plan training programs based on business goals and oversee learning activities, curriculum, and resources.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You should hold at least a master's level degree in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.

  • Certification and experience in contemporary musculoskeletal, neuro and developmental rehabilitation approach.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development management in the healthcare sector.

  • In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning, and coaching)

  • Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.

  • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

  • Strategic and creative mindset.
