LYNO METHOD!

Asset 5.png

Are you a healthcare professional specializing in rehabilitation, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, chiropractic care, osteopathy, or yoga therapy?

We invite you to join our exclusive one-day introductory workshop at RECOUP Hospital on December 2, 2023, and discover how the Lyno Method can enhance your practice and help your patients achieve outstanding results.

What is the
LYNO METHOD?

The Lyno Method is a holistic health approach that employs a comprehensive evaluation to pinpoint specific areas in the body where unresolved physical and emotional trauma may lead to restrictions in fascia mobility. These restrictions are often at the root of chronic pain and recurring injuries.

Lyno Method utilizes a gentle approach, combining soft touch, focused breathing, and active movement techniques. Employing these methods triggers the parasympathetic nervous system, particularly through the Polyvagal Structure, aiding in the release of these fascia restrictions. This, in turn, helps restore the vital neural pathways required for optimal functioning.
