The Indian Journal of Orthopaedics, a leading, PubMed-indexed publication, invites submissions for its December 2025 Special Issue on “Health of the Orthopaedic Team Members.” This issue, edited by Dr Deepak Sharan, will spotlight the physical and mental health challenges orthopaedic surgeons and other related healthcare workers face.

He is a globally recognized expert in Orthopaedic Surgery, Rehabilitation, Ergonomics, and Occupational Health, with 35 years of experience treating over a million patients. He has over 600 International publications.
Understanding the prevalence and distribution of health challenges among orthopaedic team members.
Examining symptoms and diagnostic approaches for common conditions.
Identifying workplace and personal risk factors impacting health.
Exploring the role of communication, teamwork, and leadership in promoting well-being.
Evaluating strategies for prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation.
Assessing the long-term implications of health conditions.
