Step 1: First Consultation (Immediate Relief) - Rs.1000/-

A 30-minute consultation with a Recoup Health Physician provides immediate symptom relief through an interdisciplinary intervention. The physician explains the root-cause approach and the comprehensive care plan options. The consultation cost is adjusted if the patient proceeds with the personalized care plan.

Step 2: Personalized Care Plan (Assessment During Relief Therapy)

While the patient undergoes relief therapy, detailed assessments are conducted, including health scores, biometric tests, and intake questionnaires. This includes a 45-minute consult with a physician, nutritionist, and psychologist, followed by a 30-minute interdisciplinary consult to finalize a long-term personalized care plan.

Step 3: Program Enrollment (Long-Term Care)

Patients begin their treatment journey with weekly consultations and fortnightly interdisciplinary reviews. Health coaches provide support, with programs available for 3, 6, or 12 months, offering financial benefits for long-term commitments. Certain therapies are also available à la carte.
