Step 2: Personalized Care Plan (Assessment During Relief Therapy)

This includes a 45-minute consult with a physician, nutritionist, and psychologist, followed by a 30-minute interdisciplinary consult to finalize a long-term personalized care plan.

Step 3: Program Enrollment (Long-Term Care)
